The threat level isn't a prediction — it's a read on how clearly the company has stated its intent to replace people, and at what scale.

Sources & Method
Employee counts, layoff figures, robot and AI deployment numbers, and capital commitments compiled by Cancel Clankers Research from company disclosures, earnings-call transcripts, regulatory filings, investor materials, and press reporting current through mid-2026. Figures marked "est." are analyst or market estimates rather than disclosed numbers. CEO quotes are reproduced from the named source and cross-checked against the Receipt Tracker. Threat level reflects the scale and clarity of a company's stated replacement intent — what they've said and committed — not a forecast of outcomes. Last full pass: June 2026. Updated as the receipts come in.
