'Automation risk' means it can actually do them alone, and for nursing that's low and concentrated in the paperwork. As AI eats the documentation burden, the human core of nursing gets more valuable, not less.

What the Machine Still Can't Do

Bleed, breathe, or sit with someone at 3 a.m. who is afraid. The whole job is a human body and a human presence doing things to and for another human body, catching the subtle change a monitor misses, being the person in the room when it matters. A clanker can carry the supply cart. It cannot carry the patient.
